Premiere of the Drama Series The Artist, Created by ICTV2 in Collaboration with Starlight Production

The Artist is a psychological drama about a former prisoner of war and once-legendary police major Skoruk, played by Dmytro Rybalevskyi. Two years after his mysterious disappearance, he unexpectedly returns home after being presumed dead. Soon after his return, he begins drawing future crimes — and they start happening in reality.

As Skoruk attempts to investigate the crimes, strange drawings, mysterious chemicals in his blood, and complete memory loss raise questions about his identity and intentions. Who is he now? Why has he returned with no memory? And which inner demons will prevail?

To create a unique visual atmosphere, the production commissioned original pencil drawings from a professional artist. Many were created directly on camera, then naturally worn and altered during filming to become part of the character’s visual world.

The series combines crime drama, psychological thriller, and elements of mysticism, offering viewers a story about memory, guilt, and inner conflict.
